That's why dogs migrate to tile, hardwood, and bathroom floors at night. Cool surfaces wick heat away faster than fabric can — even an expensive orthopedic bed can't compete with bare floor.
The Cool Mat is engineered around how heat actually leaves your dog: an Arc-Chill cooling fabric that drops surface temperature 4–6°F on contact and stays cool for as long as they're lying on it.

Dogs release up to 70% of their body heat through the surface they're touching. If that surface insulates instead of conducts, the heat bounces back into them. The Arc-Chill fabric does the opposite — it wicks heat away on contact.

The cool side uses nylon water-ripple fabric that pulls body heat away on contact. The reverse side is soft crystal velvet for cool-weather comfort. Both sides share the same absorbent cotton fill.

Which size should I choose?
Measure your dog from nose to base of tail when curled up. Match the closest length below. When between sizes, always go up — they like the extra room to stretch.
