What does SnuggyPaw sell?

SnuggyPaw offers professional-grade dog nail clippers and at-home pet grooming kits. Our flagship product is the SnuggyPaw Dog Nail Clippers Kit, which includes a precision nail clipper and a whisper-quiet electric nail grinder designed to make nail trimming calm and stress-free for both dog and owner.

What dog sizes are the nail clippers suitable for?

Our dog nail clippers are designed to work on all dog breeds and sizes — from small dogs and puppies to large breeds with thick nails. The kit includes multiple grinding port sizes to match different nail thicknesses.

Is the nail grinder loud?

No. The SnuggyPaw electric nail grinder operates at under 40 dB — quieter than a normal conversation. This makes it significantly calmer for noise-sensitive dogs than traditional grinders.

How long does the battery last?

The nail grinder provides up to 10 hours of use per full charge. It charges via USB in approximately 4 hours.

Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?

To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders almost immediately. You may cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placement by contacting our support team at support@snuggypaws.com. Once this window has passed, the order cannot be cancelled, but it may be eligible for a return once delivered per our Return Policy.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?

Please check your spam or junk folder. If you do not see an order confirmation within 24 hours, contact our support team and we will be happy to verify your order status.

Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders typically arrive within 4–12 business days (1–2 days processing + 3–10 days transit). Estimated delivery timeframes are shown at checkout and detailed in our Shipping Policy.

Do you ship internationally?

SnuggyPaw currently ships within the United States and Canada. We do not ship to other countries at this time.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders to the United States and Canada.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date your order is delivered. Items must be in original condition and returned with all original packaging. Please contact us before returning any item.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Email support@snuggypaws.com with your order number. All returns must be authorized by our support team before items are sent back. Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided once approved.

Who covers return shipping costs?

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days.

Do you charge restocking fees?

No. We do not charge restocking fees for authorized returns or exchanges that meet our return standards.

What currency are prices listed in?
