At SnuggyPaw, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If your order isn’t right, our team is here to help. We offer a 30-day return window from the date your package arrives.
Return Standards
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unused & Undamaged: In their original, like-new condition.
- Complete: All original components, accessories, and packaging included.
- Hygiene Note: Items that have come into direct contact with the pet and cannot be sanitized may be non-returnable. These are clearly noted on the product page.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
All returns require prior approval from our customer support team. Please do not send items back without authorization.
- Contact Us: Email support@snuggypaws.com with your Order Number.
- Receive Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide return instructions along with the correct return address.
- Ship Your Return: Carefully package the item and send it to the address provided.
Exchanges
If you need a different product or received the wrong item, we are happy to help. Once your original item has been received and inspected, we will process your exchange and ship the replacement to you.
Shipping & Refunds
- Wrong or Defective Items: SnuggyPaw will cover return shipping costs for incorrect or damaged arrivals.
- Change of Mind: For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
No Restocking Fees
SnuggyPaw does not charge restocking fees for any authorized returns or exchanges that meet our Return Standards.
