Return & Refund Policy

We want your order from Lena New York to feel right. If an item is eligible for return, it must be requested within 30 days of delivery and sent back unworn, unused, clean, and in its original condition with packaging included.

To start a return, contact support@lenanewyork.com or +1 570 609 2463 with your order number and the item you would like to return. Please wait for return instructions before sending an item back.

Returned items are reviewed after arrival. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds to your account.

Items that show wear, damage, missing packaging, or signs of use may be declined or only partially refunded where permitted.
